Smart pallet management
By using an RFID tag, the pallet gets its own birth certificate already during production. Upon delivery, you receive direct information that a corresponding quantity of pallets is just on its way to you or to an assigned final loading station. By using smart Utz plastic pallets, you save time in load carrier management and get an optimal overview of the inventory and its location.
Load carriers are increasingly developing into data carriers. Unique identification based on international standards is a basic requirement. Utz's technical solutions help us here, with RFID transponders, supplemented by 1D and 2D barcodes for camera-based recording, becoming an integral part of our load carriers by means of in-mold processes. This increases transparency across the process chain for all parties involved in the pooling cycle, enables tracking and tracing, minimizes shrinkage, reduces process costs and makes additional labels obsolete.
